01 - Exercise Groups

Our studio groups are private for all clients who have completed a thorough clinical assessment and pre-screen from one of our Exercise Physiologists.

Join our EP Workroom, and we’ll support you every step of the way:
  • Guided by an exercise physiologist for safety and confidence.

  • 30-minute individual exercise time within the group.

  • Utilise this time for your prescribed exercises.

  • Second 30 minutes: Group joins exercise physiologist.

  • Gradually transition through tailored, progressive exercises.

  • Aim to enhance core strength and overall fitness level.

02 - My Health For Life

The My Health for Life is a health prevention and lifestyle program, fully funded by QLD Health, designed for individuals at high risk of developing heart disease, stroke, or diabetes.

What you’ll receive:
  • Initial one-on-one consultation with a trained lifestyle coach

  • MH4L manual and workbook

  • Exclusive behaviour change model

  • 5 x fort-nightly group sessions to support your lifestyle journey

03 - Safe Strides

Welcome to the Safe Strides workshop, where you’ll gain the tools and techniques to navigate each step with confidence and grace.

Benefits of Completing Safe Strides:

04 - TPI Golf Training

TPI Golf Training is the natural progression after completing your Golf Movement screen.

At EP Clinic Noosa, our Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) golf exercise physiologist service is led by Erica Poxleitner, a certified Level 1 Golf TPI practitioner.

Our TPI Golf Services are tailored to assist you in:
  • Decreasing the likelihood of golf-related injuries

  • Enhancing your swing, ball striking skills and distance off the tee

  • Boosting your golf-specific fitness

  • Enhancing your balance on the course

  • Extending your longevity in the sport of golf

05 - Explain Pain

The Explain Pain Workshop is designed to help individuals understand and manage pain more effectively.

Led by trained professionals, the workshop provides insights into the science of pain, its underlying mechanisms, and strategies for coping and improving quality of life. It aims to empower participants with knowledge about pain perception, factors influencing pain, and practical techniques to mitigate its impact on daily activities and overall well-being.
