Taylah, a proud alumnus of the University of Sunshine Coast, graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
She is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health through informed and targeted movement.
Taylah brings extensive experience in managing a variety of conditions, including cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological disorders, and chronic disease management. Her interventions are meticulously designed to enhance the quality of life, alleviate symptoms, and mitigate the progression of lifestyle-related diseases. She has a special interest in women’s health, where she is dedicated to supporting women through the unique challenges they face at different life stages, such as menopause, post-partum recovery, and osteoporosis prevention.
Committed to both education and advocacy, Taylah equips her clients with essential tools to seamlessly integrate exercise into their daily lives for sustained health benefits.
Outside the clinic, Taylah enjoys unwinding at the beach, playing touch football, and cherishing quality time with her friends and family.
