Olivia is an experienced Exercise Physiologist with a robust passion for enhancing individual health and wellness. After earning her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC), she has accrued extensive professional experience and holds a facilitator certification for lifestyle programs.
Olivia’s expertise spans a diverse array of populations, including athletes, seniors, and individuals managing chronic health conditions.
She excels in utilising exercise to bolster cardiovascular health, control diabetes, prevent falls among seniors, and facilitate effective weight loss strategies. Olivia has a proven track record in leading group exercise classes and orchestrating lifestyle programs that blend healthy eating habits, stress reduction techniques, behavior change strategies, and bespoke lifestyle adjustments to maximize health and wellness.
With a relentless commitment to continuing education, Olivia stays abreast of the latest research and advancements in exercise physiology. She is eager to leverage her deep knowledge and enthusiasm to empower her clients, helping them to realize their health potential through tailored exercise interventions.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys staying active and beach camping. More recently, she has become the proud mum of a 4-month-old Golden Retriever fur kid named Boof, who shows promise in joining Wally as a therapy dog in the clinic. Boof is already becoming a beloved part of our therapeutic environment, offering cuddles one day a week to everyone in the clinic.
