Circuit based class designed for over 45’s – mix of TRX, bands, free weights and functional movements – Tabata style – (20 sec on, 10 sec rest x 8 rounds) for 60 minutes (including warm-up and cool down stretching).

Our studio groups are private for all clients who have completed a thorough pre screen assessment and clinical program from one of our Exercise Physiologists. We do not cut corners on your safety and believe strongly in building your confidence to move independently within a group environment.
